MEET THE ARCHITECT
Randi Escobedo
Randi Escobedo is a healthcare executive, strategist, and founder with more than 20 years of experience leading transformational work across public health, state programs, national healthcare organizations, and nonprofit health systems, including leadership roles at Optum, UnitedHealthcare, and Providence Health Plan.
Known for her ability to bridge strategy, operations, and human-centered leadership, Randi has lead enterprise initiatives spanning healthcare experience, population health, risk adjustment, quality improvement, health equity, value-based care, and organizational transformation. Her work has focused on helping complex organizations improve performance, strengthen alignment, and create more sustainable systems for both leaders and the populations they serve.
Randi is the founder of The Boss Up System, a leadership operating framework designed to help high performing professionals build sustainable performance, resilience, influence, and alignment through intentional habits and leadership infrastructure. Created from both professional experience and personal transformation, The Boss Up System was developed to challenge the outdated belief that burnout is the cost of success. Through keynote speaking, executive coaching, leadership development, and organizational workshops, the framework has helped leaders rethink the connection between wellbeing, performance, and long term leadership sustainability.
